Interface and Team with US service and sales support teams on all operational tasks. Next to that the following points are also important:
- Build a strong relationship with the distributors and Key Customers;
- Ensure world class service to customers in the territory, handle all service or sales support requests within 1 business day;
- Enter sales orders in the systems and coordinate pick-ups/transport with the customers;
- Resolve product or sales support problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
- Improve and implement the tools and procedures to grow consistent quality service in the EMEA market.
